Porridge is regarded as one of the very best, most comforting breakfasts and is full of essential nutrients. The complex carbohydrates in oats release energy slowly to keep you going for hours. Oats are a good source of soluble fibre and studies show that the inclusion of oats in a diet low in saturated fat can help to reduce blood cholesterol.

Our oats are rolled from wholegrains and there is strong evidence suggesting that people with a healthy heart tend to eat more wholegrain foods as part of a healthy lifestyle.

Our organic oats are grown in beautiful and wild Scotland where unspoiled nature, the long summer sun and fertile soils conspire to create tasty oats with an exceptional nutritional profile.
