LEMON GRASS:
Lemongrass is indispensible for making famous and beautiful dishes like Green Thai Curry, and many more authentic Thai, Sri Lankan, Japanese, Far Eastern and Pacific-region cuisine. Yet its warm lemon aroma and delicate tang also pairs well with many flavours. Try it with ginger, garlic, chili, citrus fruits, pinapple and in smoothies. Lemongrass is a great standalone tea too.

The gentle flavour of these chamomile flowers also works beautifully with cordials, syrups and salad dressings. Bake with it, create with it, experiment with it, and enjoy!
It's delicious orange/apple flavour makes it easy to enjoy as an herbal tea, and an appropriate adult dosage for most purposes would be two teaspoons of dried flowers per cup of hot water.
